Actress Kalki Koechlin is probably going to join the cast of Netflix’s big hit, Sacred Games, for the second season. As the sources are saying, the show will return this year with another twist of crime, betrayal, passion, and thrills. This time fans will see the mixture of their old characters with new ones to drive the storyline and clear all of their doubts.

Presently there is a report that Kalki, whose film Candyflip was also a Netflix exclusive this year, will be a part of the upcoming season of Sacred Games. The second season will continue from Sartaj Singh (Saif Ali Khan) seeking his constant battle to save the city and Ganesh Gaitonde (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) confronting difficulties to hold up his position as the incredible don of Mumbai. The Guruji (Pankaj Tripathi), presented in season one as Gaitonde’s ‘third dad,’ will be playing an important role in uncovering a chain of all the events and shape up the next season.

Producer Anurag Kashyap will keep directing Ganesh Gaitonde’s track, and director Neeraj Ghaywan will take over Sartaj Singh’s plot in this season.
Vikramaditya Motwane and Varun Grover will proceed with their roles of being the showrunner and the lead writer individually. Radhika Apte and Kubbra Sait are also in the first season of Sacred Games.
